I started with Brenda in September 2012. At first it was really hard after being inactive for years. As the months have gone on, my training with Brenda is the biggest part of my life.

My first comment to Brenda, I don't run. I hate running. Now I am running 4-5km and loving the feeling With Brenda's encouragement and not giving in to all the whining, I have lost one jean size, and three shirt sizes I went from a 2XL to a XL.

Altogether since September 1st I have lost 17.5 inches. No more knee fat, no more pain in my joints, a higher lifted butt, and plenty of compliments and asking how I do it. All I say is all or nothing fitness and hard work Thank you Brenda. You have started to help me change my body and mind. I look forward to reaching my goal..

I met Brenda through my wife Stephanie.  After stepping on the scale and it read error meaning over 429Lbs, I thought it was now or never and at this point I felt like I would be dead within the next year.

When I started with Brenda, we took it slow because we didn’t know what my heart and one and a half lungs could take.  At first, I didn’t drop too much because I didn’t change my eating habits much.

I just wanted to get active which was goal #1.  Goal #2 was changing my eating habits, once we did that, the weight started coming off big time.  Currently I am down approximately 120lbs because I really didn’t know what I was when I began due to the scale error.  As for clothes, I went from a size 5XLT to a 2XLT and a size 56 pants to a size 44.  I for sure could not have done it without the motivation and miscounting of Brenda and the support of my family.

I met Brenda in September 2009 through a friend who had taken her baby boot camp class. I was depressed, had low self esteem, and was tipping the scale at 242 pounds. I knew it was not 'just baby weight' as I had only gained a few pounds when I was pregnant and was overweight before my pregnancy. I was previously athletic and an active synchronized swimmer, but had turned into a comfort eater as a result of some traumatic events in my life. That comfort eating packed on the pounds between 2006 and 2009. I had tried several diet and weight loss plans and spent countless dollars on miracle products and kept gaining back any weight that I had lost. After having gestational diabetes, I was told by my doctor that I was borderline diabetic and that the weight had to come off. I knew it was time for a change.

At Brenda’s first class, I was terrified, but willing to try and get back into shape. I had little family support in regards to eating healthy and exercising. Brenda became my support person. She was motivating, encouraging and believed that I could do it. I worked out with Brenda in a group setting and attended outdoor classes 5-6 days a week for the first few months. At that time, she did not have a gym set up. Brenda’s workouts were tough and grueling and there were many days I wanted to give up. I persevered though because I was losing weight and reaching my goal. Brenda knew how far she could push me and the workouts were never monotonous, she came up with something new to try all of the time. I reached my goal of 200 pounds within a year and felt better about who I was. I left Brenda to tackle the remainder of my weight loss on my own.

My weight went up and down over the next two years. I managed to get to 178 and then gained it back and lost again. In June 2012, I was 214 pounds and contacted Brenda to help with my husband Chris who was twice my weight. I introduced Chris to Brenda in hopes that we could both get back on track to being healthier for our children. Chris started personal sessions and instantly started losing weight.  I started group sessions, but felt that I wanted more, so I started attending personal sessions with Chris. We had found a hobby that we both enjoyed. Brenda helped curb some of our bad eating habits and carbohydrate intolerance. We traded pop for sparkling water and cut out junk food and other fatty foods. Since returning to Brenda, I have lost 30 pounds and kept it off. I wanted to focus on more weight training and muscle definition. With Brenda’s coaching and knowledge, I have lost XX inches and love the look of my arms and shoulders. When I was ready to give up, Brenda was there encouraging me to keep going. I would get encouraging text messages out of the blue on days that I was going to cancel going to a group session. I thank Brenda for believing in me and cheering me on. I will always remember the day I started doing 50 pushups on my toes in a row! Brenda will keep you accountable and be your number one cheerleader for getting healthy!!

In Feb 2012, I applied to the RCMP and miserably failed by first physical test. In April, I began my training with Brenda to prepare to retake the test. In a grilling 4 months, Brenda pushed me to my limits and brought my fitness level up to the point where I was able to pass my physical test. I beat my previous time by over 1 min 20 sec!!

I have now been training with Brenda for 9 months. In that time, I have lost 40lbs and gone down 4 pant sizes and seen my body transform in ways that I didn't even know were possible. All or Nothing Fitness provides a comfortable and supportive environment to workout in; whether in a 1 on 1 setting or in a group setting. It doesn't matter what fitness level your are at,Brenda WILL find a way to challenge you!!

Brenda is more than a personal trainer. She becomes the constant in your journey to an improved you. I came to Brenda with the goal of improving my physical test time. Today, I can truly say I have achieved that and so much more!

Jennifer Atzinger 40 lbs – 22 inches!

One year ago I woke up and decided I had to do something.  At the time a close friend was going through some health issues and that scared me.  I was turning 39 and was very unhappy and unhealthy.  I didn’t want to be 40 and living in the same dark cloud.  I was hiding from life while wearing a smile.  I started my weight loss journey by cutting the junk food, drinking water, and moving my body. I lost 20 lbs, but soon plateaued. At that same time my brother and sister-in-law were on their own weight loss journey. I saw them transforming with amazing results. I needed to do what they were doing, and that was going to Brenda.

The first day I met Brenda I told her “Atzingers don’t run,” she replied “We’ll see about that.” She told me to write down my goals; two of which were to be comfortable in a bathing suit for Mexico and to do the Tough Mudder competition for my 40th birthday. Four and a half months later, Brenda has helped me surpass my goals. I’ve lost 40 more pounds and lost a total of  22 inches. Mexico was awesome and I’ll be running the Tough Mudder this summer. Best of all, I feel younger, stronger, and I’m not hiding anymore. For an Atzinger that didn’t run, I now run at least 5 km 3 times a week, even in the rain.

My body is transforming with every new challenge and I’m loving the results. Those days where I only see what I haven’t lost, Brenda is there to remind me how far I’ve come. With her encouraging attitude and surplus of knowledge, she pushes me in a good way. Brenda has challenged me in a way that I would never have done myself.

It’s exciting to reach my goals and to come up with new ones. During my personals she really pushes me and it feels great. She has taught me about my muscles, healthy eating, and supports me during those bumps in the road while achieving my healthier life style. I’ll walk into the gym and see her smiling face. It’s encouraging. She’ll say “come, come! I have something fun for you to try!” Love it, I call it “The Good Stuff.”

During group sessions we support and inspire each other. It’s a good group of people. Everyone at their different fitness levels working together. It’s awesome. It’s a close knit group and they definitely lift me up when I need it.

I admit I’ve cried with happiness when realizing the changes in my life. I walk with confidence, back straight, shoulders back, and with a real smile on my face.

I’m no longer hiding…

Thank you Brenda for my life back
